I got another letter from Sen. Peter Fitzgerald regarding low-power FM. As I noted before (see entry for 5/27 below), I was befuddled to find out that he signed on to support the Senate bill to kill LPFM after sending me a non-committal letter that indicated no such thing. So I sent an e-mail to the senator asking why he signed on, and asking him to reconsider. The senator only responds by snail mail, so he responded with the exact same letter!. And still, it gives background on lpfm, but says nothing about the Senator’s position on the issue!

Sure looks like somebody in the Senator’s office is doing her/his job and reading the mail thoroughly…
