I would like to call for a slightly different spin on our plan of action.

My SO is Trans, and works for Entercom. They have been absolutely fantastic to her as a company. The HR department have gone out of their way to make sure she has a positive workplace. And we live in a state that does not have GENDA on the books, so they don't legally have to do it.

I think this is important when considering what sponsors to go after and who to boycott.

This show is syndicated, that means that Entercom does not have creative control, and can't force them to do anything. They can either carry them, or not carry them.

As such, going after the sponsors of this show until we receive an apology is the correct action, but expanding that to a complete boycott of Entercom, or going after all of their advertisers, is taking it one step too far.

I would request you *not* call for action against the company as a whole, because as a corporate entity they have been very trans-positive.

Thank you.
